We use the collected data in a number of ways depending on the consent you have given us. This includes: 

  • Contact Information from the contact page is used to respond to enquiries made via the website. 
  • To contact you about any more services we provide that we think may be of interest to you. 

Ascott Blake HR Specialists will not share your information for any marketing purposes with any 3rd party company.

How is your data stored? 

The information we collect is stored on an internal secure company network under a password protected file. 

Website Server - Some data, such as your name and email address may be stored on our website, within our email marketing software system. We do not hold any sensitive personal data on our website and our website is hosted securely, running under HTTPS.

Personally identifiable data that you submit through our website will not be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”)  

Data from other sources 

We also may obtain personal information about you from other third parties, including: 

  • The administrators at the organisation with which you are affiliated; 
  • Social networks when you grant permission to access your data on one or more networks;

We share your information with our affiliates only after we receive authorisation from the candidate first. The information we would share would be your CV which you had sent us.

Access to your information and Correction
