Ascott Blake Recruitment was founded by Leila Osborne and Adam Aziz, who have a combined wealth of experience in recruitment and over 10 years recruiting into the pharmaceutical industry.

We specialise in roles within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare industry. We cover positions in all departments, including, customer facing field based Sales and Marketing roles, Market Access, Medical Liaison Specialist roles, and all the Regulatory, PV, Quality, and Head Office support staff.

Leila Osborne is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has had a very successful recruitment career, before heading up an HR department within the pharmaceutical world. Recruitment has always been a passion for Leila, and with her commercial mindset and her natural ability to build relationships with people, she can offer a dynamic, fast, honest service to clients and candidates.

The HR Management role within the pharmaceutical world has enhanced Leila’s knowledge and insights into the industry. Working with some of the best expertise in the industry enabled her to gain valuable knowledge and connections for the future. Being responsible for all recruitment within an HR capacity opened her eyes to not only what expertise pharmaceutical companies look for in an employee within various departments, but also what a good recruiter can offer.

Adam is CFO at Ascott Blake Recruitment, he co-founded the business and brings with him a wealth of experience in the sector.  Having qualified in Top 10 Audit firm Adam moved into the outsourcing sector as an FD of a global outsourcing firm.  He then, having worked with many recruitment clients, moved into the recruitment sector as FD for nGAGE recruitment group (formerly Human Capital Investment Group) which was part of the Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity house.   Adam has a wealth of recruitment experience having sat on the board of multiple companies and led the acquisition and sale of many recruitment businesses across various sectors.
